As an accomplished Façade & Structural Engineer with over eight years of experience in high-rise commercial projects, I am currently serving as Deputy Project Manager – Façade & Superstructure at Mirai by Nirman. My expertise spans unitized and semi-unitized façade systems alongside advanced superstructure execution, enabling integrated project delivery from structure to envelope.

At Mirai by Nirman—a 30-storey (138m) landmark development—I lead façade engineering and coordinate superstructure works, including Post-Tension (PT) slabs, aluminum formwork, and monolithic casting, ensuring alignment between design, execution, and project timelines.

Previously, I served as Deputy Manager at CHB Engineering Ltd., where I delivered 19 high-rise commercial buildings totaling over 3.15 million sq.ft and managed multiple ongoing projects exceeding 1.55 million sq.ft, including the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Terminal 3 Expansion Project in collaboration with global partners such as Jangho and the  Fungda, L&T, Shimizu, Italian-Thai, Mitsubishi–Samsung–Fujita Joint Venture.

My core responsibilities include project planning, WBS and schedule management, cross-disciplinary coordination, vendor management, QA/QC, and HSE compliance—ensuring seamless execution from concept through construction. I actively utilize BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Project to drive data-informed decision-making and efficient project control.
